Project:

An adaptive reuse of an vacant former nursing home into a multi-function commercial and community facility. The newly accommodated functions are to be: Commercial Leaseble Office Class A space of 3,532 SF; Community Meeting and Event Space of 855 SF; 
Headquarters Offices for Community Builders 2,025; Avondale Community  Council Offices 482 SF;  Youth Council Facilities 640 SF; and Shared Use Commercial Kitchen 967 SF.

Details:

All major systems mechanical electrical, plumbing were gutted then newly designed and installed;  exterior envelope received new insulated roofing; windows and doors; building  facades; grading and parking areas; and landscaping. Interiors work includes: new flooring throughout; new ceiling systems; new walls and finishes; new doors; new plumbing fixtures and cabinetry; fire life safety enhancements; critical separation of certain functions; and update/new electronic data communications system.
